With the continuous development of economy,many new fields come up like construction engineering,bridge engineering.At the same time,various scaffold system boom,following with many collapse accidents because of the insufficient investigations of security and the imperfection of construction measures.Let us use steel tubular scaffold with couplers as an example,coupler node failure caused by less semi-rigid theory study,security problems caused by insufficient scaffold construction measures,imperfect of frame construction measures,those are incentives of security problems.This article is to tell the safety analysis by the study of land double pole steel tubular scaffold with couplers.First,it introduces the scaffold varity,research status,research goals and meanings,gives the content and the main frame structure.The article emphasizes on the calculation theory of scaffolding mechanics,tells the scaffold with couplers upright tube Euler's formula,study effective length calculaiton with the two pole under different constraint conditions,two kind of rigid experiment of semi-rigid,and five mathematic function models.Then it describes the calculation method and theory of scaffold node hinged connnetion,semi-rigid connection,rigid connection.At last it is the introduction of calculation method and formula of scaffold with couplers specifications in our real engineering applications.After the theoretical analysis research of scaffold with couplers,the article give analysis of the construction management of land double pole steel tubular scaffold with couplers.it analyzes the uncertain security of scaffold,from the steel tubular and couplers material quality,from the defects hided during the manufacturing period.And also real engineering security accident examples are used to detail the importance of good foundation dealing before the construction can improve the bearing capacity of scaffold,checking and verifying of the scaffold and foundation after the construction can decrease the security accident rate.From the structure bearing capacity : The article theoretically analyses that when the compressive stress increases to a upper range it will bring potential danger to the uprighttube stability,by enhancing bending moment of the bar bottom under the function of wind load and earthquake horizontal direction force.As for construction measures,it applies SAP2000 the finite element software to construct model to research the influence of diagonal bracing,tie member,bottom feinforcing tube on frame body ultimate bearingcapacity.the buckling analysis show that the more diagonal bracing fix,the bigger the number of statically indeterminate structure,the bigger structure ultimate bearing capacity;different tie member fix lead to different buckling deformation mode and ultimate bearing capacity;when the scaffold lift height is small,eliminating bottom feinforcing tube has almost no influence on the structure ultimate bearing capacity while the left height is big,it will have a big influence.All those conclusions can be referred in real construction and design of double pole steel tubular scaffold with couplers,thus decrease the happen of security accident in some degree.
