| In recent years, under the guidance of a series of energy-saving policy, China’s building energy efficiency work has been advanced constantly, as the principal part of exterior protected construction, how to improve the thermal insulation property of the wall has become an important task of building energy saving work. According to the location of the insulation layer in the wall, the form of exterior wall thermal insulation can be divided into External-thermal-insulation, Inner-thermal-insulation Sandwich-thermal-insulation, Self-insulation and Composite-insulation. the External-thermal-insulation is widely promoted in our country for its advantages, such as it own superior performance, could basically solve the problem of thermal Bridges, do not take up the advantages of interior space. The most of the hot summer and cold winter region in China use the exterior insulation system. Decades uses and researches show that the external wall thermal insulation system have excellent effect on heat insulation and can reduce building energy consumption, but there are many problems in the process of using the exterior insulation, such as fall off, empty drum, cracks, fire protection, etc, these problems seriously affect the safety and durability of the wall even construction and make people can’t normally use the building. So when making heat preservation measures on the walls, not only should we consider the wall heat preservation and heat insulation performance, but also the durability of the whole thermal insulation system. From the problems appearing in the wall, cracks and empty drum are the most common phenomena and these two phenomena are mostly caused by temperature stress, so it is particularly important to study the temperature stress of the wall, especially the temperature stress generated by walls after they suffer from high temperature days of heavy rain and perennial heating – frozen. First, based on the climate characteristics of hot summer and cold winter region, This essay simulate and analysis the energy consumption of Lu’an government affairs center real estate sub-center comprehensive building with or without using thermal insulation wall body and thermal insulation roof body by ECOTECT software and verify the energy saving effect of heat preservation and heat insulation wall body and roof.Secondly, using the ANSYS software to simulate the temperature field and temperature stress of thermal-insulation wall and ordinary wall in high temperature-pour water circulation, heating-refrigeration cycle, discuss the heat preservation and heat insulation performance and temperature effect of the single wall with semi-rigid glass wool board exterior insulation system.results are as follows:(1) After using the semi-rigid glass wool board exterior insulation system, energy consumption of the building reduce the rate of 42.3%, the heating energy consumption reduced rate of 37.6%, refrigeration energy consumption rate of 50.2%, these show that the thermal insulation system has good heat preservation and heat insulation performance.(2) Under the condition of the building using common roof, air conditioning energy consumption of the top is 29.4% more than the standard layer, showing that the roof is a comparison of energy consumption in construction site, we should make energy saving measures on roof. After adopting thermal insulation roof, the top air conditioning energy consumption reduced by 40.8%, showing that it is necessary to make energy saving measures on roof, semi-hard rock wool board insulation heat preservation and heat insulation waterproof roof has very good effect.(3) Using the ANSYS software to simulate and analysis the temperature field and temperature stress of thermal-insulation wall and ordinary wall in high temperature-pour water circulation, heating-refrigeration cycle, proving that the semi-rigid glass wool board exterior insulation system not only has excellent thermal insulation performance, also has excellent durability. It can reduce the temperature stress of structure layer and greatly reduce the outside decoration or anti-crack mortar layer(insulated wall) of the temperature stress so as to reduce the risk of the wall cracks and empty drum, increase the building life, guarantee that people can better, safely use buildings.In a word, no matter consider from the energy saving effect or the durability, semi-rigid glass panel exterior insulation system is a satisfactory external thermal insulation system, should be widely applied in hot summer and cold winter area. |
