With the rapid development of our country’s economy, industry and constructionindustry in our country to the rapid growth of energy consumption in China’s energyconsumption did not catch up with the pace of economic development. At present,China’s energy shortage has become the bottleneck of economic development, aserious impediment to the improvement of living standards of our people, however,the construction industry accounts for30%~30%of total energy consumption in ourcountry. Implementation of building energy efficiency, promotion of green building,in which can protect the environment, and can save energy, and is of greatsignificance to realize the sustainable development of society.This article mainly in hot summer and cold winter region, wall is studied fromthe aspects of building energy efficiency design method and design process, analyzesthe design of the wall in the importance of building energy efficiency, lists thecommon energy-saving wall insulation, heat insulation structure problems should bepaid attention to in design and construction. At the same time, it is concluded that thewall body energy saving measures and evaluation system and methods. The maincontents are:(1) The paper expounds the main ways to building palisade structure heatpreservation and heat insulation, through data and engineering practice. Study on theadvantages and disadvantages of each insulation form and the quality common fault.Feasible solutions are put forward.(2)according to the unique climate in hot summer and cold winter region andtechnical requirements of different exterior insulation energy saving system, using theDEST-H building annual energy consumption of the dynamic simulation analysissoftware, quantify the energy saving effect of exterior walls.(3) Proposed for the outer wall energy saving buildings in hot summer and coldwinter region of constructive Suggestions and reference for decision making.Finally the development trend of energy-efficient building and green building inChina do some prediction and analysis, some Suggestions are given, building energy efficiency design reference.
