Application Research On The Cold-Formed Thin-Walled Steel Structure Residential Building In China

Residential construction is a very important part of the construction industry in our country.The identity of the present in environmental protection and energy saving concept,our traditional residential buildings because of its extensive mode of production,can not meet the growing demand and the development of the modern society.In order to solve the issues like high energy consumption,low efficiency,long cycle,short service life and high pollution in traditional residential construction mode,the residential of cold-formed steel structure from developed country was introduced and developed in our country,the housing system is generally composed of cold-formed thin-walled steel keel assembled into the main load-bearing structure,composite material with light weight,heat preservation and sound insulation as the retaining structure.Because this system has good seismic performance,building materials,environmental protection Recyclable space utilization rate is high,easy to realize industrialization,construction of efficient and comprehensive economic advantages,China's vigorous development of green energy-saving residential industrialization,building a conservation minded society,walk the path of sustainable development under the background of cold-formed steel structure system in the promotion of our country to change the traditional model of residential buildings,promote the development of science and technology to promote the Hyundai Residence,has an important role and significance of housing industrialization progress,application in China and will be more broad prospects.The cold-formed steel structure residential application in China from the aspects of the study and research as follows:(1)Specific introduced light steel structure residential system of different main structure form and supporting system in wall,floor and roof structure,illustrates the advantages and disadvantages of the light steel structure system and thus the formation of construction technology,good characteristics of the system are introduced in this paper.It is proved that the light steel structure residential system is suitable for the construction of our country modern intensive society.(2)This paper introduces the application of a domestic enterprise I research the new modified gypsum in the cold-formed steel structure residential building envelope construction in spray,sum up the characteristics of envelope materials improved theadvantages and spraying machine,in order to prove the application of this technology in our country and the development of the advantages and disadvantages.(3)The development and application of domestic cold-formed steel structure residence,found that China's cold-formed steel structure is used in residential and concrete technology and developed countries the difference and gap,and explain the necessity in China cold-formed steel residential extension,the cold-formed steel residential in the implementation and practice of our country to industrialization,and integrated development.(4)Detailed introduction to the construction technology and process of 8#-11# in Modern·Forest International City which developed by Worthington Modern Steel Framing Manufacturing Co.,Ltd,to find and put forward some problems from it,and give some improvement suggestions,in order to give the construction of residential cold-formed steel structure at home.To provide some experience and reference,the cold-formed steel residential move forward to a more suitable for China's characteristics in the direction of growth of our country.
