As the important part of mechanical industry,hydraulic system is widely used in many fields.However,as natural characteristic of hydraulic pump,the pressure impulse would bring bad effects on equipment.To guarantee the stable working of hydraulic system as well as reduce the noise and the bad influence on equipment or environment,it is necessary to turn down the pressure impulse.In the paper,firstly we summarize the present studies achivement of pressure impulse absorbers.Then analyzed the theroy about the changing formula of flow fluctuation which comes after the oil going through the pressure pulsation absorber.Based on the theory,We deduced the pressure fluctuation of input and output of the first order nonlinear differential equation.For solving the equation,after comparing the euler line method and runge kutta method of calculation accuracy,We finally chose Ronge-kutta method of MATLAB to analyze and compare the effect of flow fluctuation in the absorber.Secondly,according to the analysis above,we designed the structure of the absorber,whose length is less than 200 mm and which is able to absorb frequently.At the same time,we analyze the pressure frequency rate of the absorber and study the influence the flow area brings to the pressure impulse.Finally,having compared and analyzed the pressure impulse data,We adopts the high stability diffusion silicon pressure sensitive chip pressure transmitter as the data acquisition system to build an experimental test platform.With Labview,We also build a 1 k sampling frequency spectrum analysis system to analysis the collected fluctuating pressure data.we confirmed the inhibition effect of this pressure impulse absorber.We did fourier-transformation on the collecting data and got the spectrum analysis diagram.Through the diagram,we came to a conclusion that this pressure impulse absorber has inhibition effect on all pressure impulse under500 Hz.
