As well as the rapid development of air-condition industry of our country and theimprovement of the consumers’ demand about its product quality, an important problemdue to the air pulsation which affect the product quality seriously has puzzled lots ofmanufacturers a long time. To solve this problem, the tradition ways to eliminate airpulsation are installing the buffers, pulsation decay(or named acoustics filtering), tubesand other components. They just take some measures on the transform paths toeliminate air pulsation, which cannot solve the root of air pulsation from the source, andthey are not valid in some equipment, like the air-conditions in the vehicle, because itdo not have enough space to install the components due to the space of system is finite.This paper centres onthe airflow pulsationof a kind of rotary vane compressor.Based on reading lots of foreign documents and comparison on analysis of thetraditional methods, this paper put forward the idea to eliminate air pulsation of therotary vane compressor’s exhaust port by changing the design of rotary vanecompressor internal channel. We got some significant effect from the in-depth study forthe purpose.Firstly, this paper describes the traditional airflow pulsation theory analysismethods, such as the plane wave theory. Then aiming at the airflow pulsation analysisof the internal channel in rotary vane compressor, it point out the shortcomings anddefects of these methods. Meanwhile, it propose a way to compute the fluid dynamicCFD to analysis the airflow pulsation because of the complexity of internal channel inrotary vane compressor.At last, it found the computational fluid dynamics CFD is moresuitable to analysis the internal channel’s airflow pulsation of the rotary vanecompressor though the comparison with actual engineering analysis.The computational fluid dynamics CFD has a lot of applicationsin manyengineering fields.In this paper, it changes the internal channel’s design to eliminate theexhaust port’s airflow pulsation according to the principle to eliminate airflow pulsationfrom the root. In the theoretical calculation,the boundary conditions are that differentpressure is not uniformity (5%,10%,15%,20%) of200Hz pulse pressure and the samepressure is not uniformity (10%) frequency from180-220Hz change of fluctuatingpressure. Finally, it proves the precision to analysis the airflow pulsation of compressorbased on CFD through the comparison analysisof theory data andexperimental data.
