The realization way is:through the matching transformation circuit, the ground is provided with the DC power conversion into voltage frequency controlled alternating current, driving traction motor gear box drive metro vehicle operation. The structure of traction system mainly consists of high speed circuit breaker, traction inverter, brake resistance, traction motor, gear box, auxiliary power unit and so on. At present, the subway trains at home and abroad are using AC drive traction system, generally use the vehicle control mode, auxiliary power supply device is responsible for the vehicle all kinds of auxiliary electrical equipment power supply.In this paper, based on the actual project, the design and construction of electrical traction system, analysis of different conditions on the traction system design requirements, completed the A type metro vehicle electrical traction system, the actual application. The end of the article shows the corresponding test data, and the test results are analyzed.Test results show that the system meets the basic technical specifications. Under different load conditions, all accord with the design requirements of the speed of addition and subtraction. The system has a certain ability to operate under the fault condition, and can achieve the train ramp rescue, the system can achieve the actual level of use. |
