| With the fast development of industrialization,car ownership has also increased greatlyin major cities across China.Automobile exhaust pollution and traffic congestion getting more severe,this causes some obstacles to the improvement of people’s living standard.Subway with its precise running time,large capacity,ride comfort,the good use of underground space,high security and low delays and so on,quickly occupies the market of urban rail transit at home and abroad.Reliability and stability are the key indicators of subway vehicle performance,which provides a good travel environment The traction converter system performance has played a decisive role.The development of traction and converters system of subway vehicles with independent intellectual property rights is of great strategic significance in the localization of subway vehicles.This paper concentrates on the bogie control metro vehicle traction system with the actual project.Main tasks completed include:(1)Completed the traction converter system main circuit and the overall structural design.A series of simulation and calculation are conducted according to the operation conditions and technical requirements of metro vehicle conducted,tractive force of bogie control metro vehicles with Failure-free start is calculated.Determine the maximum traction force required for traction motor and the required traction motor power.According to the loss of traction motor and the circuit power to calculate the capacity of the traction converter system,and completing the traction converter system selection of key components base on calculate the traction converter system main technical parameters of electrical equipment.(2)The control algorithm of traction converter system for metro vehicles is studied.The realization of vector control based on indirect magnetic field is analyzed.Based on this,the dynamic mathematical model of the traction motor is established,and carry out the commissioning of the control strategy on d ESPACE system.Through the analysis of the simulation experiment data,the control algorithm is gradually improved and make the control program is stable and reliable.(3)two sets of motors are used to make the back-to-back test system.The prototype system of ground alignment test is carried on the traction.The system performance is verified by the analysis of test results and calculation,and the experiment results show that the systemis of excellent performance,reliable operation,which meet the practical application requirements. |
