The primary energy of iron and steel enterprises complementary energy generation is mostly from the production process of gas or waste heat.The stable operation of power generation is closely related to the production of enterprises.The complementary energy power station is a kind of "medium and small sized distribution power source",the characteristic is bigger electricity fluctuation and seasonal.It's usually connecting to the enterprise 10kV power system.Because the number of cable in power station is quit a lot,causeing the cable impedance is very small.When a short circuit fault occurs, the fault current is greatly increased, which leads to the failure of the original circuit breaker which can not meet the requirements.After the power station is merged into the power grid, the power transmission direction has a fundamental change, which is changed from the original single power supply to the bidirectional power supply.The time limit of relay protection is lengthened, which causes the decrease of sensitivity and selectivity. When the Grid is suddenly occuring the short-circuit fault, the generator will lose load, active current almost fell to zero, and the reactive nature of a substantial increase in short-circuit current, resulting in turbo generator with a rotor acceleration, if the fault can not be fast tclearing,then leads to lose stability.In this paper, we first introduce the the implementation of the project background, in view of the above problems, a brief overview of the complementary energy generating units and the network key technology, analyzes the complementary energy generator incorporated into the power grid short circuit current non periodic component calculation to solve the basic method.Based on the power generation side and the system side in the failure of short circuit current analysis, it was concluded that the distribution network short circuit non periodic component is more prominent only in the generator outlet and in the system side and the load side is periodic components play a decisive role in the conclusion.Based on the above, a scheme of using long distance cable and current limiting reactor as the connecting line of the complementary power station is proposed to solve the problem of the non periodic component of short-circuit current in the power station.Secondly, this paper briefly describes the basic principle of transient stability, and introduces the relationship between the fault and the time of the load side and the transient stability of the system.By using the method of computer simulation, find out the relationship of the local power grid relay protection action time and generator transient stability.Through the adjustment of relay protection setting to solve load side fault impact on generator transient stability,ensure that the complementary energy power station to maintain transient stability.The work to solve the related problems of AISC Chemical Engineering in CDQ waste heat recovery power generation,after many times of failure test, the residual generator can run reliably and stably.By solving the problem one, to ensure that the original system of power distribution equipment can still meet the requirements of the work.Through solving the problem two, the time of the generator set is reduced due to the failure of the operation, the reliability and the stability of the operation are improved, and the economic benefit is brought.
