Overhead crane is a kind of material handling lifting transportation machinery and equipment, widely used in the equipment manufacturing industry, transportation and logistics industry, shipbuilding industry, water conservancy and hydropower construction, the construction of nuclear power pillar industry of national economy. In the actual crane design process, the actual value of the dynamic load coefficient selection is very important. If the value of dynamic load coefficient selected is too large, will lead to an increase in weight from the lifting mechanism; if the value of dynamic load coefficient selected too small, will directly affect the life of the crane mechanism. At present, the common equipment in overhead crane is frequency conversion motor, the design code of China's national crane dynamic load coefficient of the recommended calculation method is based on a common set of motor, so the recommended values of dynamic load coefficient there is outdated and unreasonable. If you still continue to use the calculation method of standard, will increase the use of equipment cost, cause huge waste.Based on the 32 tons of overhead crane as the research object, the lifting mechanism of ADAMS and MATLAB software to establish the united simulation model. For different forms of motor drive and load working condition for joint simulation, combining with the experiments of concrete analysis summary bridge crane dynamic load coefficient change rule when the frequency conversion motor drive. For the future design and calculation of dynamic load coefficient selection of overhead crane to provide certain reference basis. The main contents are as follows:(1) Introduce the selection of dynamic load coefficient for the importance of overhead crane design, and when the bridge crane adopts frequency conversion motor drive the existing problems and the insufficiency of the selection of dynamic load coefficient.Introduction to the origin of the dynamic load coefficient and the research status at home and abroad. For ac asynchronous motor and the working principle and mechanical characteristic of frequency conversion speed regulating motor carries on the analysis comparison.(2) Using ADAMS and MATLAB software to establish 32 tons of overhead crane hoisting mechanism combined simulation model. The simulation analysis of overhead crane in asynchronous motor and driven by frequency conversion motor, different lifting load in the change of dynamic load coefficient. Analyzed two kinds of driving form of the influence law of dynamic load coefficient. Of the nominal weight of 10t,20t,25t 40t,50t,80t, 100t overhead crane were carried out co-simulation, the simulation obtained Lifting dynamic load factor were analyzed and compared.(3) According to the results of simulation, design of the overhead crane under frequency conversion motor drive experiment scheme. Experiment studied 32 tons of overhead crane in different load, steady lifting operation speed and different working condition of lifting the changing rule of the dynamic load coefficient.(4) According to crane design specification for computation of dynamic load coefficient of co-simulation results, using the software of dynamic load coefficient of the results and the experimental results obtained by dynamic load coefficient were analyzed systematically, summarized about the overhead crane design and calculation of dynamic load coefficient when selecting a recommended method.
