Along with the high speed evolution of science and the the changing of the Times, controllable institutions as a mechanical and electrical control and mechanical technology with the combination of new products, has become an important area of research institutions to learn. Controlled institutions excavator relative to the hydraulic excavator parts not only longer service life, will not leak, better reliability, but also complete flexibility to all kinds of mining action.Type synthesis is an important part of the mechanism design, this article with a three degrees of freedom controlled institutions excavator as an object, adopts the method of open deputy closed type to comprehensive, get 80 new type controlled institution, then the selection of mining mechanism kinematics analysis, dynamics analysis and virtual prototype simulation analysis.In general, this paper mainly completed the following work:Firstly, In view of the existing three degree of freedom control agencies excavator as object, analyzes the specific structure of excavator, then adopt the method of open deputy closed type comprehensive, integrated out of the 98 kinds of kinematic chain, again through the observation, on 98 kinds of kinematic chain specific design requirements to screening, finally get 80 conform to the requirements of the new three degree of freedom control mechanism, and controllable mechanism of six of them to meet the requirements for specific get six controlled institutions excavator configurations.Secondly, through split into four bar linkage, five-bar mechanism and three pole set of institutions to the position relationship between research institutions, and carry on the kinematics analysis of positive and inverse solution of the last part is the inverse skill value analysis.Thirdly, the mechanism of controlled mining singularity analysis and workspace conditions, using dynamic statics method tied instantaneous inertial force system into the static, dynamic statics model of the agency.Finally, the agency model is established using Adams virtual prototype technology, kinematics and dynamics simulation of mining mechanism respectively.
