Separate Mechanism is a mechanism with six degrees of freedom.This mechanismwith high accuracy and high Load capacity has large Movement range. It meanwhilemakes the plug object can reach anywhere in the wind tunnel. This paper carried out adetailed analysis of the kinematics and dynamics focuses on the Separation mechanism.Analyzes of the topological structure has been made according to thecharacteristics of the mechanism. Analyzes of the transformation movement betweenthe arc and linear guide rail sliders has been made in detail. The mutual transformationrelationship between them make a well prepared for analysis of kinematic and dynamic.The control equations of kinematics Positive Solution and kinematics Inverse Solutionare derived after theoretical analysis on the Separate Mechanism. A greatly reducing ofthe calculation amount was made by taking a reasonable simplification in the velocityanalysis process. Using MATLAB programming, the kinematics simulation was built.The ADAMS simulation results and the MATLAB simulation results were compared toverify the theoretical analysis. The ADAMS dynamic analysis model of Separationmechanism was built. The Power and driving force of each driver under variousworking conditions were getting after dynamic analysis in ADAMS. StaticallyIndeterminate Problems of rail sliders were solved by using Busing element.The study in this article makes a well prepared for Trajectory planning and controlsoftware designing of the mechanism.It meanwhile provides a reference to grasping thedynamic performance of the separation mechanism.
