In recent years,the bridge aesthetics gets increasing attention in bridge construction.A large number of special-shaped arch bridges with novel structure, beautiful appearance get rapid development in China.Alienation structure increases the difficulty of construction, the construction technology puts forward higher requirements.In order to achieve design goals,it has to take many certain and uncertain factors into account during the bridge construction.The bridge construction control is essential to ensure the bridge construction safety and engineering quality.This thesis first briefly introduces the structure features and development of the special-shaped arch bridge, expounds the bridge construction control purpose, content, method. This paper take Dalian Wolong Bay International Commerce Zone Road No.24 bridge across the lake as engineering background.The full-bridge finite element model is established by using software Midas/Civil, according to the monitoring data, taking construction control during construction process.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Analyze the stress and deformation as well as cable forces of the structure during each construction stage by using software Midas/Civil and provide theoretical basis for construction control.(2)Recapitulating the construction program of Dalian Wolong Bay International Commerce Zone Road No.24 bridge across the lake,integrating the actual situation of the construction site,according to the principles of construction control,ensure the construction control content of the background bridge,and reasonable layout measuring point to monitor the the stress, deformation and cable force of the key section.(3)According to the calculated deformation,set the camber for beam and arch ribs. At the same time monitor the the stress, deformation of the beam and arch ribs to ensure structure safety.(4)Monitor the cable force of background bridge during construction process,comparing with analysis of cable forces,regulate cable forces to achieve the best stress state.(5)Through the study of the construction control of special-shaped arch bridges, studies show that:the inner forces of the beam and arch ribs are reasonable during construction;the structure linear actually formed are consistent with the design;The booms' axial forces measured values are almost the same with the theoretical analysis on the structure.The study can guide the following construction and provide a reference for control analysis of other similar type of bridges.
