In the production and operation of the urban water supply system, the operation control of the inlet pressure regulating pump is the key to the pressure balance and load regulation in the water distribution network. Domestic and foreign studies have shown that if the water supply network is operating in the unreasonable high pressure, on the one hand, it will increase energy consumption and pipe burst risk, on the other hand, it will lead to a substantial increase in leakage of pipe network. And with the progress of the urban water supply distribution network system, strengthen the pipe leakage control and improve the efficiency of water supply network have increasingly become the consensus of the water supply industry.Due to the complexity of the topology of the water supply district, the leakage points are not easy to be found and be repaired. Therefore, to achieve the DMA zone pressure operation optimization and to reduce water leakage, the best way is to set up a DMA partition optimal control system under the condition of current water distribution network. In this regard, this paper takes the pump optimal control of the entrance of separate zone water supply system as the core research content to reduce the water leakage, and proposes a DMA district optimal control system for urban water distribution network, which is based on the statistical model of flow-pressure in water supply networkFirst of all, this paper summarizes the existing problems of water leakage in the current water distribution network, and introduces the research technology status of water supply pipe network partition control and water leakage decrease. For domestic water supply network leakage condition, this paper expounds the necessity and urgency of the optimization of the pressure distribution in the water pipe network.Secondly, this paper makes a brief description of the concept of water supply system head loss calculation and the division measure. From the aspects of economy and feasibility, this paper introduces some general indexes of water leakage degree. This paper also proposes that the minimum night flow of partition network can be roughly estimated the degree of the pipeline leakage, and compares the different pressure management schemes for the water supply network system.Thirdly, according to the theory of the optimal control of the urban water supply network, the optimal pressure control scheme of DMA is put forward. Under the premise of ensuring the minimum water supply pressure of the most unfavorable point at the end of the partition, according to the DMA division inlet pipe flow data, the main pipe pressure data and the most unfavorable point pressure data, a statistical water supply model of flow-pressure distribution network with dynamic learning and correction is established. And it will save energy and reduce water leakage of the DMA district distribution network.Finally, the hardware circuit of the DMA partition optimal control system is designed, including the flow and pressure measurement circuit, control output circuit, RTU and DTU power supply circuit, and wireless communication module. Then the operation flow of the optimal control system is summarized. Simulation and experimental results show that the DMA water partition pressure optimal control system can reduce water leakage and achieve the closed-loop optimal operation control.
