Research On Urban Complex Planning And Location Of Chengdu Wanda Plaza

With the development of the city, the urban area is expanding constantly, the simple and pure development model of commercial real estate and the random dispersion of buildings can not meet the needs of people and society. Urban complex is an new highly integrated commercial form to better adapt to the needs of urban development and people, and make full use of urban space resources. The city complex shows a trend to the second and third tier city or county level administrative region as the development of urbanization. Urban complex is characterized by huge investment, the improper location will affect its operating results. The investors will be very difficult to recover the cost, which will not only cause great losses to the enterprise, but also will be a serious waste of social resources, so the location decision-making is the first important step for the construction of urban complex.Combined with the literature research and investigation, this paper firstly uses the method of systematic analysis and induction to study the site selection of Chengdu Wanda Plaza, and aims to summarize the location influencing factors of Chengdu Wanda Plaza complex from macro, medium and micro scale on the basis of the relevant domestic and foreign research. Secondly SWOT method was used to analyze the advantage, weakness, opportunity and threat of the location. Based on the above qualitative analysis of location factors, this paper used the expert evaluation method and SAW(Simple Additive Weighting) to establish the site evaluation index system of Wanda Plaza; combined with the characteristics of Wanda Plaza urban complex the paper proposed location principles and recommendations.Through the summary of the location status of Wanda urban complex, this paper further clarify proposes the site selection factors. On the basis of this, the qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out. This paper also applies the location influencing factors and the evaluation index system to future location of Longquan and Wenjiang Wanda Plaza in Chengdu, providing the examples to apply the theory to practice, there will be certain reference significance.for the site selection practice of urban complex including Wanda Plaza.
