In recent years, earthquakes frequently took place in China. Disasters have taken away many many innocent lives and caused incalculable damage to properties. Not to mention that "5/12" Wenchuan earthquake is a grave tragedy. The most critical and common damage caused by earthquake disaster is the collapse of buildings. The study on anti-seismic performance of building structure is becoming increasingly important,which is also a key responsibility of every structure worker.On November 22,2014, an earthquake of magnitude 6.3 took place in Kangding city,Ganzi Prefecture,Sichuan Province;In Muyazuqing District of Education,Duoergamu village,Tagong country,a number of campus buildings were structural damaged.The author was once involved in the work of post-earthquake campus emergency assessment and detection. The research aims at the Muyazuqing Expo Center building.Combined with the seismic damage detection results,this paper analyzes the comprehensive sesmic damage to the building via the finite element software modeling calculation. The main work and conclusion of this paper is as follows:(1) Access to the original project design, on the engineering damage of comprehensive testing, test results show that the load-bearing structure and non load bearing structure after the earthquake there were varying degrees of damage, and the actual construction with the original design discrepancy;(2) the failure of each part of the project after the earthquake was introduced, the failure of non load bearing components of qualitative analysis, and its damage assessment;(3) According to the original project design, combined with practical engineering detection results, calculation model is established, using SATWE to the main structure of the project earthquake do not yield to the aseismic calculation from calculation results can be seen that the structure of various seismic indexes meet the national current seismic code requirements but component actual reinforcement and reinforcement calculation compared to there is a serious shortage.(4) Using finite element analysis software MIDAS Gen to establish a rationalcalculation model, the structure for the linear dynamic time history analysis. Analysis results show that part of seismic index of structure already can not satisfy the requirements of the national code for seismic design of buildings, thus of high seismic fortification zone structure history analysis of necessity;(5) Using finite element analysis software MIDAS gen on the structure of static elastic plasticity analysis, can be drawn from the structural seismic performance is not up to the region where the seismic fortification intensity 8 degree) by the analysis of seismic performance, and judges the weak parts of the structures through the structure in a given thrust force in the process of component plastic hinge development situation.
