Dry vacuum pump is the development trend of the future,and has broad market.But domestic dry vacuum pump have characteristics of low reliability and average uptime short,which hindered the development of China-made dry vacuum pump.In order to improve the reliability of the dry vacuum pump,research on test method of whole machine performance and key components' reliability of dry vacuum pump is carried out.Firstly,the whole machine monitoring platform basing on the strength control configuration software has been built for monitoring the operating status and extracting the dynamic parameter of dry vacuum pump which provides the basis data for designers.we have developed a set of hardware envelope demodulation circuit in order to solve impact fault of dry vacuum pump,and the fault signal have been successfully extracted.Secondly,bearings are critical rotating parts of dry vacuum pump,and have a great impact on reliability.This thesis analyze the cause of bearing failure,by using the vibration test method of vibration RMS,kurtosis,cepstrum,and envelope spectrum signal characteristics.A set of reasonable testing rules of bearings has been developed to ensure the reliability of installed bearing.Finally,in view of the vibration balance problems of the scroll vacuum pump,the working principle,mechanical dynamic model and the theory of the involute linear line are analyzed.The dynamic balancing design method of the core component is proposed.The SolidWorks is used for 3D modeling,including the adjustment of the barycenter of the moving scroll wheel and the difference of thickness between two sectors.The entire balancing technics,using Fluent for aerodynamic simulation of the key components and making specialized fixture have been completed.The dynamic balance precision can reach 0.2g and the vibration value has been reduced to 1mm/s through the whole balance process.The vibration damping effect is obvious and the average time is 15 minutes.The production efficiency is greatly improved.The reliability of dry vacuum pump has been effectively improved through obtaining dynamic data of operating process,the successful extraction of impact signal,ensuring the assembling quality of machine bearing and reducing the vibration amplitude of dry scroll vacuum pump.
