Ideal vacuum environment which the scientific community and industries pursued is clean, oil-free and non-pollution. Oil-free scroll vacuum pump, a kind of oil free volume vacuum pump, has been widely applied in many aspects of production and life, on account of its simple structure, low noise, high reliability. In order to meet our country’s development and manufacture of the oil-free scroll vacuum pump, this thesis has made a deep research on computer simulation and optimization of oil-free scroll vacuum pump’s dynamic balance.Due to the need of dynamic and static vortex plate’s meshing form makes dynamic vortex plate must be fixed on the eccentric crank pin, and in the drive of crank pin inevitably produces centrifugal force, and it is main factors of dynamic vortex’s instability. How to reduce the influence of the centrifugal force is a practical key technology of oil-free scroll vacuum pump.The research makes oil-free scroll vacuum pump as study object, it analyzes the oil-free scroll vacuum pump by establishing a mathematical model. Specifically, according to the operating form of transmission mechanism, think its transmission mechanism as a four-linkage mechanism, and adopting the two-times balance method, finding equation of mass-center and the conditions of oil-free vacuum pump complete dynamic balance.Based on UG NX6design software, virtual modeling for parts was founded and assembled, and the research uses ADAMS to parameterized modeling, proceeds model’s simulation analysis and optimization analysis. In optimization analysis, through making the centrifugal force of spindle as objective and the size of balance system as design variables, the software obtains data in the dynamic analysis of oil-free vacuum pump’s balance system, optimizes the machine’s working condition, reduces vibration and improves the service life of equipment.According to the optimization model of spindle, the research proceeds finite element analysis, imports the finite element model to ANSYS Workbench14.0software, as the same time imposes contact, constraint and load on the model, software will analyze stress distribution and deformation of spindle, and obtain these results. On the basis of analysis results, to identify the part what has maximal stress and check its strength. The analysis results have provided the foundation for further optimization design.
