| With the rapid development of smart grids,people have higher requirements for the safety of electricity.In the entire power system,high-voltage circuit breakers are a key link in the power transmission process,and their stable operation is an important guarantee for stable power transmission.However,after many years of operation and multiple mechanical actions of high-voltage circuit breakers,and in most complex environments,the frequency of failures also increases.Therefore,timely detection and handling of circuit breaker failures is very important.The traditional method of manual periodic maintenance is used to troubleshoot faults one by one,which can reduce the occurrence of faults to a certain extent,a state monitoring and fault diagnosis system for vacuum circuit breakers is designed in the article.The vacuum circuit breaker status monitoring and fault diagnosis system is composed of three parts: a signal acquisition system,a data processing system,and a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis upper computer system.The signal acquisition system uses the displacement sensor,acceleration sensor,Hall current sensor and pressure sensor to collect the contact stroke,mechanical vibration,coil current and contact pressure of the vacuum circuit breaker in real time.The data processing system optimizes the collected data.At the same time,it uses EC20 as the 4G communication module and TCP communication method to transmit real-time data to the upper computer.In order to cope with emergencies of the circuit breaker,thresholds are set for the four monitored quantities.When the actual monitored data exceeds the threshold,the SMS alarm function is activated to realize human-computer interaction.The fault diagnosis system uses the particle swarm optimization algorithm of BP neural network to fault the vacuum circuit breaker,and obtains the key point value of the current signal of the opening and closing coil as the characteristic value for network training and testing,and finally judges the cause of the fault.The results show that the system can perform real-time status monitoring and fault diagnosis on the vacuum circuit breaker,ensuring that the circuit breaker can be repaired in time when a fault occurs,which makes up for the lack of regular maintenance. |
