Cavitation jet is a common phenomenon in many occasions,which refers that when hindered by such as sudden contraction in high-speed water jet and local pressure of liquid fluid system decreases below saturated vapor pressure of water,resulting in the phenomenon of cavitation bubbles.The collapse of cavitation bubbles will generate remarkably high temperature,high pressure shock wave or micro jet,which is widely applied to the industry of chemical,petroleum and environmental protection,etc.Therefore,research on erosion characteristics of the cavitaton jet is of great significance both theoratically and practically.In this paper,CFD technology features of cavitation jet system research,breaking through the limitations of previous experimental means in the innovative research methods.In addition,this article selects the venturi nozzle as physical model and aims to research erosion characteristics of cavitation jet and quantitative and qualitative relationship between its influencing factors,which is innovative in research content.According to the characteristics of the cavitation jet,a mathematical model reflects nature of the problem is derived and determined,namely,to establish differential equation and the solving condition expresses the relationship between various physical quantities.Based on the analysis of different cavitation model,turbulence model and multiphase flow model,the parameters can be optimized in the model,consequently making them more suitable for numerical simulation of the cavitation jet.Based on appropriate established mathematical model,the Gambit software build a two-dimensional model of venturi tube,which is intended to examine the change law of shock characteristics of cavitation jet in different influencing factors,such as injection pressure,confining pressure,handling distance conditions and compare experimental results with the literature analysis,verify its accuracy.With integrationand process of these laws,it provides the basis for the numerical simulation research of cavitation jet shock characteristics in the future.On the basis of two-dimensional model,Gambit software is also adopted to establish the suitable three-dimensional model and simulation are carried out by using Fluent software 6.3 of 3d solver.With comparison and analysis of the characteristics of cavitation jet flow field structure under different factors such as injection pressure,confining pressure and treating distance,combined with shock characteristics,The relationship between the cavitation jet flow field structure and its shock characteristics has been researched.
