With the development of modern industry, environmental issues, food safety issues and other medical and health issues has been widespread concern, people began to care about whether their environment and daily food will harm the body, and therefore need to clearly know the environment, food, and water quality in both edible substances and contain the content of what these substances is exceeded. Because of these problems to be solved, the last ten years to elemental analysis technology has been rapid development. Today, most companies use elemental analysis technique is spectral and chromatographic techniques, these technologies have matured and got a lot of analytical instruments company's widely used, due to the spectral and chromatographic detection of analyte measurement analyte content threshold is too high, It can only detect the microgram level, and a larger sample than required for the nuclear industry, water quality, heavy metals and geological some extremely rare element content is detected clearly can not meet the requirements. ICP-MS(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry) measurement element content detection threshold low nanogram level can be achieved,and excellent sensitivity. However, the market is now used by ICP-MS technique when measuring element content of the signal denoising algorithm used is generally divided into multi-point moving average method and the difference method. Multi-point moving average method for higher effectiveness of the periodic signal, but the big point to be a large error or incorrect processing of data in the presence of point, multi-point moving average method will be wrong to calculate the average value, the impact of the measurement results; threshold difference method used has not robust nature, the effect of excluding gross errors Point unreliable. To solve the above problems, this paper has done the following work: first adaptive de-noising processing algorithms, effectively removes coarse error signal points;second use morphological filtering algorithm and convex hull algorithm to map smoothing filter and baseline correction, effectively extract useful signal; a third method of least squares curve fitting. Such content can be accurately measured elements.This paper mainly completed the ICP-MS PC software development. First introduced the proposed host computer system design. Then introduces the design process and the specific details of the host computer system, comprising several modules: the parameter setting module, complete communication between the host computer and the next crew to set the necessary parameters; a communication module,using RS232 communications, to achieve a upper and lower communication between machines; data acquisition module to the next bit machine data collection and data acquisition CRC check; data analysis and processing module, the data analysis and de-noising collected from lower computer processing further improve the accuracy of the determination of the elements; drawing module for data fitting using the least squares method. Then by measuring the signal strength of a fixed width integrator,in order to obtain the content of the test elements. Finally, the software through the online test,measurement accuracy can reach 99.9%, reaching the elements of measurement requirements, accuracy significantly better than analytical instruments currently on the market, and the software runs well and stable.This paper mainly completed the ICP-MS system upper computer software design and development, introduced the various components of the software, including the parameter setting module to complete the communication between the host computer and the next crew to set the necessary parameters, the communication module communications, data acquisition module upper and lower machine between data next bit machine acquisition,and data analysis and processing module, which implements the analysis and noise processing lower-bit data machine collected from, and further improve the elements Determination of accuracy, the drawing module implements the data to fit, and then the content of the analyte signal processing can be calculated.Measurement accuracy can reach 99.9%.
