Based On Aging In Place Of BaoTou "Social Housing" Environmental Aging Renovation Study

Aging rapidly in baotou,60 years or older account for 16.5%,also "old before it gets rich" and "421" cared less problems with the structure of the family.Homes of origin,with its low costs,high degrees of freedom,near their children,sedentary and other factors and most of the expectations of the elderly pension model.From the early 90 's of the last century,building a large number of "sells" community,great as a unit housing to solve the housing problem.After decades of development and property right change,has become the main life of the elderly in community and mainly for the elderly community of origin.In this paper,under the process of aging in baotou "social housing" characteristics of the community,based on the research and practice at home and abroad,we will study in scheduled to have a typical State-owned units and municipal units of blue,in 50-90's QingKun area in "social housing" community building environment.Historical background and development,understand "social housing" the basic situation of community through field survey and questionnaire analysis summary " social housing " environmental status,characteristics,origin and resident foreign environment of space requirements.This will divide the community environment: venues,transportation venues,boundaries,and structure.Meanwhile,the theory of universal design,barrier-free design,ergonomics,theory and Gerontology sunlight analysis,computer-aided design suitable aging research conclusions in these four aspects,and the contractor " social housing " examples for design as a supplement and concluded that "social housing" community represented by the transformation of the old community building environmental principles and policies.I hope that "social houseing" outside studies on environment and renovation of aging in place policy can improvement of community environment.
