Study Of Outdoor Environmental Optimal Aging Transformation In Cold Unit Residential Zone Upon Universal Design

Since the reform and opening up,along with the development of our country economy,health care,social welfare,coupled with the implementation of the one-child policy,China’s aging population is increasing,the life of the elderly has become an important factor of restricting China’s economic and social sustainable development.Unit residential is compound of living areas,is an important part of urban space,urban style and features of special patches,important witness of the development of city.Cold unit settlements are existing in our country the most typical older group of settlements,for our country such a “not rich first old”,ageing population great nation will not a short period of time to achieve all of the old pension problem,cold unit outside the residential environment of comfortable described transformation for our country to realize from the “no country for old men” to “old age in accordance with the” transition is of great significance.In recent years,our country also carried out a series of old residential areas described renovation project,also appeared in the process of transforming a series of theoretical and practical results,but mostly to housing as the main object of study,living as a single group as the research object,and for residential and diversity in groups of outside environment,less attention,at the same time for a typical cold unit residential land inventory space,but also the lack of relevant research results.According to the above problem,this article is based o n the design of the universal design method to explore cold unit outside the residential environment of comfortable described,with cold unit residential living people,physical space,neighborhood relations,such as field investigation,through the form o f questionnaire and interview to understand cold unit residential elderly physiological needs,psychological needs and behavior characteristics,analysis of the current cold unit outside the residential environment in the described the main problems,explo re the deeper reasons,put forward to guide cold unit outside the residential environment with universal design optimum described modification,improve cold unit residential living environment of the old.In this paper focused on cold unit outside the residential environment based on universal design described transformation strategy research.Article first determine the direction of research and related concept,and attention to external environment,the general design,the elderly activities and other rel evant theoretical analysis,clear its significance.Systematically analyzes the characteristics of the elderly activities and residential environment,the relationship between the analysis of the cold climate impact on health.Summarizes the cold unit resi dential house,the characteristics of the different stages and each stage of the construction of the residential house of representative of Harbin five units research,including residential community present situation,the physical environment status quo,neighbourhood relations present situation as well as the elderly physical,psychological needs and behavior characteristics of investigation.Analyzes the problems existing in the cold ground units outside the residential environment.Again on the basis,put forward the general design of senile transformation extension principle,from the elderly physiological needs,psychological needs,activities,optimum strategy implementation safeguard mechanism for senile r etrofit strategy is putted forward.
