Switched Reluctance Drive system contains Switched Reluctance Motor and modern power electronic technology, control technology. It has the advantages of both the asynchronous Motor variable frequency speed regulation system and dc Motor speed control system. The structure is simple, and it is reliable and has good performance of speed adjustment in the wide speed range with high frequency, can be in a very small current to realize quick start and frequent positive and negative going motion, can achieve high precision, fast response, high frequency and high output torque performance, so it is becoming one of the hot topics in the development of contemporary electrical transmission.The thesis selects TMS320F28035 chip as the control core of high-power switch reluctance motor control hardware and driver design.The paper showed the basic structure and working principle of SRM, composition of SRD control system. The various parameters of SRM motor are analyzed with the ideal linear model. Based on these parameters, the paper summarized three kinds of common control strategies of SRD system.Based on TMS320F28035 chip, the paper completed the hardware circuit and driver design of high-power switched reluctance motor speed regulation control. The TMS320F28035 was used as the core of control circuit and a variety of detection circuits were included, such as current detection circuit, voltage detection circuit, position detection circuit. Besides, the circuits still contained CAN communication circuit, the voltage and current protection circuit, the current chopping circuit, the power supply circuit. The drive circuit included power conversion circuit and power MOS transistors and the driving circuit, which was based on the integrated IRS21867 SPbF chip. The schematic was mainly completed with ORCAD Capture CIS of the Cadence, the PCB's wiring and the design were accomplished in the Cadence PCB Editor. Base on the above hardware platform, the paper finished the development and testing of the underlying key code.
