First of all, this paper studies the compositions of desulfurization g gypsum and the effect of heat treatment on its compositions, through XRD analysis, composition analysis and other testing methods. The investigations in this paper shows the performance of the desulfurization gypsum could affected by modification with cement, gypsum water reducing agent,retarder, water retention agent, early strength agent and polypropylene fiber ect, and the optimal proportion of the components could be determined through the microstructure analysis of the impact mechanism. This paper also involve the studied of single waterproofing agent for several different rule and mechanism of the influence of gypsum block and discussed the sodium stearate, organic silicon and alunite compound collaborative influences on desulfurization gypsum performance impact and modification mechanism. Through research and analysis, the best dimension of the insulation block and plaster matrix and the interfacial adhesive polystyrene insulation board would been selected. The compressive strength of gypsum block, polystyrene insulation board compression performance, along the thickness of the block direction connection strength and the thermal insulation block compressive strength of the four mechanical properties were tested. The thermal parameters of the fiber reinforced gypsum form block would been verified with the data obtained by the theoretical calculation and the text. Finally, the evaluation of two aspects of technology and construction applications for the fiber reinforced gypsum form insulation block wall of the insulation system would been provided.Studies have found that the desulfurization gypsum sample in the cement hydration ettringite and C-S- H gel increased, structure compact when 20% desulfurization gypsum cement content been added; the oven dry sample flexural and compressive strength increased by 57.1% and 28.9% respectively;the 2h?24h bibulous rate was reduced by 27.8% and 27.7% respectively compared to the blank sample. Compared with the blank sample the test sample's 7 d flexural and compressive strength increased by 29% and 3.2% when the amount 0.6% of NaSO4 been added. The amount of 0.15% MC has been added in this test due to the best standard consistency water consumption effect, in addition, gypsum sample oven dry flexural and compressive strength also increased by 5.45% and 14.07%. Compared with the blank sample the standard consistency water sample was reduced by 0.82%, when FDN content was 1.2% and the sample of oven dry flexural compressive strength increased by 2.18% and 12.34% respectively, the retarding effect is the best when lab homemade retarder content was 0.4%; acrylic polypropylene fiber has been adopted in the test which with the dosage of 0.6%, the existence of interface between fiber and plaster matrix layer after acrylic processing would been found, which could hinder the propagation of the crack to achieve the purpose of enhancing strength. The significant improvement of the performance of the desulfurization gypsum occurs when distribute the proportion of sodium stearate, organic silicon and alunite respectively by 4%?1.8% and 4% in the components.Test preparation of adhesive glue C made plaster matrix and insulation board adhesive tensile strength in dry state and flooding condition were both greater than 0.1 MPa after 48 hours, and the damage parts on the insulation board; the experimental test shown that the density of fiber reinforced gypsum form block level was 700, softening coefficient was 0.86, dry shrinkage rate was 0.058%, the moisture content of 2.2%, 2 h and 24 h bibulous rate were 8.66% and 9.61% respectively. Test the fiber to increase the level of compressive strength of gypsum form block for MU5, since the high fiber reinforced stone block in the plaster matrix with polystyrene insulation board connection strength is about 43 kpa,preparation of test blocks meet the standard for GB/T29060-2012?composite insulation brick and composite thermal-insulating blocks?. The Heat transfer coefficient value calculated from masonry theory was 0.43 W/?m2 ? K?, which had no much different from the test measured value 0.412 W/?m2·K?;in addition, gypsum form thermal-insulating blocks meet the code for fire protection design of buildings?GB50016-2014? requirements in 6.7.3. Practical application found that the fiber reinforced gypsum thermal-insulating blocks could been used in the insulation wall system and it's physical performance index conforms to the corresponding standard of building wall thermal insulation system;it could also solve the problem of thermal Bridges effectively. Since the insulated wall during the system design, it was important guarantee to do a good job of design and construction of the main wall, and ensure the overall quality of the main wall, can synchronization was complete and whole process control wall and insulation quality, greatly reduce the whole process of construction cost, shorten the construction period.
