Research On The Quality Control And Management For Closure Gap In Reclamation Engineering

With the growing of the population and economic development, China will face great pressure from land scarcity. Reclamation can not only effectively relieve the strain of the land resources, but also expand the economic space with it has a great significance.Reclamation is a very important and complex engineering often affected by many uncertain factors. There are many problems in quality control and management.The main problems are from the construction technology and quality management.Problems of the construction technology include soft soil foundation treatment,load loading and quality of closure gap. Closure gap is the key part of reclamation engineering,its quality have big impact to the progress, investment and quality of whole engineering. It even directly determines the success or failure of the reclamation project.Therefore, the quality of closure gap is very significant. In the construction process,the water flow state and hydraulic condition are very complex. Therefore, the related hydraulic calculation must be made before the closure is closing, while making relevant protective measures.This paper mainly makes research and analysis the problems of reclamation engineering,and puts forward to solve problems by taking quality control measures based on parameter of construction technique and establishment of quality management system. Especially for of closure gap quality,the problem is analyzed in detail. First of all, the velocity at the closure gap is researched,the key factors of quality control,hydraulic calculation method are also analyzed.The method to determine velocity main by analyzing the position and size of closure gap,the line of special tidal level,the relationship between storage capacity and water level.And then,the construct protection, the construction sequence and methods, the protection measures based on the velocity are determined. Lastly, the dynamic monitoring and control measures are taken to ensure the quality of closure gap, thus the whole reclamation engineering can be completed successfully.The practice has proved the theory that put forward to solve problems by taking quality control measures based on parameter of construction technique and establishme nt of quality management system can ensure the entire reclamation project be complet- ed successfully. Therefore, This paper could provide reference of theoretical basis, and research to reclamation engineering.
