| With the development of China’s economy and society and the rapid development of the construction industry,the construction industry has higher requirements for quality management.In the process of project construction,small quality problems will have a great impact.For residential construction projects,while paying attention to its appearance quality,we should pay more attention to the use function quality and durability of the project.Many projects pursue project interests too much in the construction process,resulting in unqualified quality such as damage in the use of the project,which brings many troubles to the project residents and affects the reputation and image of the project construction enterprise.Therefore,project quality management has its necessity and importance.Only good project quality can provide high-quality safety guarantee.Taking Dongfanghong residential building project as an example,this paper studies the construction quality management of the project.Firstly,the general situation of Dongfanghong residential building project is analyzed,and the quality management elements of project construction preparation stage,construction process stage and construction acceptance stage are identified.The weight of quality management elements is analyzed and evaluated by analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation results of management elements are obtained.On this basis,the existing problems of quality management in the three stages of residential building project construction are summarized.Secondly,the construction quality plan of Dongfanghong residential building project is formulated,the project construction quality objectives and activities are specified,the corresponding construction management plan is prepared,and the key points of the project quality plan are defined.Thirdly,it puts forward the corresponding means of quality control of Dongfanghong residential building project,including construction drawings,machinery,technical disclosure and environmental quality control in the construction preparation stage;Protection and quality control of construction personnel,materials and finished products in the construction process stage;Process and standard control in completion acceptance stage.Finally,the quality management guarantee measures of Dongfanghong residential building project are constructed,including system guarantee,technical guarantee and organizational guarantee.The research on the construction quality management of Dongfanghong residential building project can not only effectively improve the quality management level of the project,but also provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the quality management of other similar projects. |
