Transportation is one of the most important driving force to promote the development of national economy,Its quality is very important to people's lives and assets.The feature of road building which including disposable,diversity and unchanged,make it more hard to control the quality of the project of road building.For the theoretical study of quality control started late and the theoretical achievements of research were divorced from practice in our country,our levels of quality control is eagerly to lift up.There are many news about quality problems in the newspapers.Therefore,improving the skills of quality control is the most important part of the project management.This thesis is aimed to discuss the Quality Control of the construction Project of Judianhu Road.Through collecting,sorting out and analyzing research data at home and abroad,on this basis,analysis the impact of quality controlling factors,and make the principle of incentive program design.for the requirement to enhance the quality control of the construction of the project.This paper researches the quality control methods in the different stages of construction,provide references for managers.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the quality controlling is achieve successfully,the paper made the recommendations in several different ways,such as the organization building,improving mechanism,funding supply.This will be contribute to the targets of quality control to be achieved.
