Urban road traffic network is a typical complex network.Cascading failure is an important characteristic of the urban road network.With the fast increase of the vehicle quantity and the rapid expansion of the road network in the urban, the risk of the cascading failure may be greater and the extent of the damage is getting worse in the urban road traffic network,then,the control and emergency handling of the cascading failure become more important.This article will focus on the urban road network do a study with two questions,It is how to prevent cascading failures and how to do after cascading failures occurs.For the urban road network before cascading failure occurs, proposed preventing cascading failures of urban road network Hub sections control strategy,After a large-scale urban road network cascading failure occurs,Proposed Hub point of repair strategies with cascading failures of urban road network.Effective protection of the basic functions of urban road traffic network.The main research contents of this dissertation are listed as follows:1.Impedance increases Strategy to prevent cascading failures of urban road networkIn order to prevent the occurrence of large-scale road network blocked,prevention and mitigation of cascading failures affecting.Therefore,This paper presents a strategy of prevention and mitigation of road network impedance cascading failure effect by increasing the sections impedance,by adding some regular blockage road impedance,reduce the amount of traffic traveling in these sections,Prevent the occurrence of road cascaded blockage,ensure the smooth flow of road network.Analysis section impedance increases had uncertainty impact on the role of cascade failure by experimental.Build the model to determine impedance increases roads and the optimal value of impedance increases.Experiments show,comparison of different size of saturation sections resistance increases strategy,saturation of the biggest failures sections impedance increase can most effectively prevent and weaken the role of the urban road network cascade failure,and the minimum value of resistance factor.2. Research on the evacuation strategy for the congestion road network based on the node evacuation effectWhen the traffic network had the large-scale congestion, some strategies to evacuate traffic effectively should be adopted. Therefore, a kind of evacuation strategy of congestiontraffic network is proposed based on the cascading failure. Firstly, the evaluation indicators of the failure node and evacuation effect are built. Secondly, the node importance degree is calculated based on the crowded level indicators whether the failed node is evacuated or not.Finally, according to the node important degree, the evacuation strategy and process of the failure node are set up. The experiment shows that the node evacuation strategy based on the evacuation effect is more effective than the random evacuation strategy and that based on the node degree.This article study prevention and repair cascade failures for the urban road network, will effectively promote the development of road traffic management technology, transportation complexity theory and methods,research results have important theoretical significance and broad application prospects.
