As the bottom layer of the asphalt surface structure, asphalt stabilized crushed stone is most likely to have segregation, and the segregation difference is the most significant as well in this layer. For the reason that it is the main load-bearing layer and force level in asphalt pavement, its quality has a significant impact on the overall road performance. To Analyze different construction factors, to research what effects segregation has on asphalt stabilized crushed stone road performance, to propose different segregation controlling index under different performance, to do quantitative calculation for performance loss of segregation and to introduce the construction control technology of segregation have important practical significance in controlling the segregation of asphalt mixture and extending the service life of asphalt pavement.Firstly, this paper does a segregation survey for the asphalt stabilized crushed stone pavement in a section of Shangqiu highway. Based on the level of construction, the author found that for the same mix, the level of construction unit's construction is an important factor for asphalt stabilized crushed stone gradation segregation; with the same level of construction, the ratio of its own grading segregation of asphalt stabilized crushed stone is an important factor.Secondly, in the environmental conditions of laboratory, from the perspective of graded mix segregation, this paper designs different gradation value table of the mix to show segregation status of solicitation materials, then the author does performance tests to the high temperature, low temperature, water loss, fatigue, mechanical strength and other aspects of tests on the specimen, to assess the impact of segregation on the asphalt stabilized crushed stone road performance. The study found that in the hot season, preventing weeping needs to control the severe segregation area of the fine aggregate and controlling disease rutting needs to control the moderate levels of segregation of the fine aggregate; at low temperatures, preventing low temperature cracking needs to take moderate coarse aggregate segregation as a control indicators; to prevent water damage in wet areas, it is recommended to strictly control the moderate degree of segregation of coarse aggregate area. Then, using the Abaqus finite element design software's data analysis and processingfunctions,, the author does force simulation on the road under three environmental conditions of temperature continuous(static load, temperature field and temperature coupled field)respectively. With reference to AI design principles, the loss calculation methods that segregation to the structure impact is proposed. The study found: asphalt stabilized crushed stone segregation has the biggest impact on the bottom layer, especially in the coarse aggregate moderate degree of segregation; the bottom layer structure can occur damage.Under the coarse segregation of bottom layer, slight coarse, moderately coarse and heavy coarse performance loss rates were 27.8%, 50.1%and 87.1%.Finally, from mix design verification, asphalt production, storage and transportation, paving and compaction control all these stages, the author proposes techniques and tools of asphalt segregation. The research results have important significance to enhance the quality of the asphalt pavement.
