| Asphalt concrete pavement is one of the main structural forms of roads in China,and its proportion is still increasing year by year.However,due to non-standard construction or improper use of road construction machinery,the early damage of asphalt pavement is often more serious,which affects the service life of the road.Through research and investigation,it is found that the segregation and distribution of asphalt pavement are similar to the early damage phenomenon.Asphalt concrete paver is an important equipment in asphalt pavement paving construction.Its paving performance has an important effect on asphalt mixture segregation.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and engineering application value to study and analyze the screw distributing device of asphalt concrete paver.In this paper,dynamic analysis,experimental study and EDEM discrete element analysis are used to study and analyze the anti-segregation performance of the structural parameters and operating parameters of the spiral distributor of paver.The main research conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the reasons of gradation segregation,temperature segregation and rolling segregation are analyzed in the process of raw material preparation,production,transportation and construction of asphalt mixture,and the reasons of segregation caused by the spiral distributor of paver are analyzed and summarized.Through the dynamic analysis of screw blade shaft and asphalt mixture in the process of screw distributor,the influence of screw distributor parameters on the movement state and segregation degree of asphalt mixture was found.And the influence of the above parameters is analyzed theoretically.Secondly,the main parameters of the spiral feeding device and the scraper feeding device of the paver are tested and analyzed to obtain the parameters of the drive system of the spiral and the scraper under the running state.Sampling test was carried out on the asphalt mixture at different positions in the material tank under construction state,and the change rule of asphalt mixture gradation composition along the axial direction of the spiral material distributor was analyzed.The pavement quality was also measured and the influence of gradation composition change on the pavement quality was analyzed.Finally,the simulation model of paver spiral distributor,using EDEM simulation software of spiral distributor parameter change asphalt mixture gradation segregation phenomenon are numerically simulated,and use the chute different positions asphalt mixture gradation composition and size distribution of the discharging mouth of deviation to evaluate parameter change on the influence of the gradation segregation,the spiral distributor the influence law of parameters variation on the gradation segregation as well as the main parameter values range. |
