Research On Evaluation Index And Method For Medium-low Speed Maglev Transportation Construction Project

With great number of vehicles increasing in urban cities caused by the improvement of people’s living standards and the development of social economy, the environmental-pollution problem becomes more and more serious, which induced by traffic jam and vehicles’ waste-gas. To solve this problem, many researchers pay much attention to study and develop high-efficiency and low-pollution public-traffic-system, medium-low speed maglev transportation standing out, to relive the traffic-jam-pressure and environmental problems. As a new and high-technic transportation way, themedium-low speed transportation stands out to be an optimal choice for its high-efficiency, eco-friendly and low-cycle-cost. The industry related to it can be greatly developed to promote social-economy with the urban-traffic-jam relived and the pollution decreasing caused by vehicles’ wastes. Thus it can be seen that the medium-low speed maglev transportation construction project is very important for urban traffic and socioeconomic development.From the perspective of operation, this thesis researched on the evaluation index and the evaluation method of medium-low speed maglev transportation construction project.At first,the thesis introduced medium-low speed maglev transportation’s connotation and characteristics, and analyzes the influence factors of medium-low speed maglev from technical performance, social economy and environmental energy. On this basis, it screening index by introducing the concept of the structural equation model(SEM), and established the evaluation index system of medium-low speed maglev transportation construction project. It analyzes the shortcomings and adaptability to the traditional comprehensive fuzzy hierarchy analysis. Then, it improvements the process to determine index weights by using the method of conversion model of fuzzy consistent matrix and the entropy theory. Finally, taking the medium-low speed maglev transportation construction project which is under construction in Beijing as an example, verify the availability index system and evaluation method.Now the medium-low speed maglev transportation construction project is still very muchin its infancy and the theoretical research and practical application is very lack. This thesis analyzed the influencing factors and researched on the evaluation method for the medium-low speed maglev transportation construction project. So that the people can be more fully and more objectively understanding the influence it is to the society. And it also can provide decision reference to the construction of medium-low speed maglev transportation for urban traffic management department.
