The Research Of MR9000 Inverted Microscope Modeling Design Based On Product Design Psychology

In order to meet the growing demand for users, studying inverted microscope design as an example explored the relevant design methods of Product Design Psychology, put theory into practice to verify the methodology in practice.Firstly, the design practice was guided by summarizing the connotation, development process and the main theories of design psychology, analyzing related psychology of products lives cycle including the psychology of designers, consumers, users and elaborating how to make their psychology keep the balance. Secondly, the position of the inverted microscope design can be confirmed, after market analysis, modeling analysis, design psychology analysis, technical analysis, HCI analysis, relevant laws analysis and learning more about the existence of missing emotional phenomenon in current design and shortcomings of the product modeling cognition, usability, user-friendly design and other aspects of the microscope. Then, the product design was carried out on the basis of design positioning and the theory of product design psychology. The product design was improved by sketches,3D model, structural design, color design,processing technology analysis, HCI design and other ways. Finally, the product design was evaluated by the method of semantic differential.Innovation:It was necessary to combine the methods of product systems design and design psychology to expand design research and evaluate design. Analyzing the psychology of product design, sales and use can rebuild the balance between designer user-consumer and ensure that product design can meet the psychology of consumers and users.
