China is now in a population aging society, various fit for the old industrial products gradually filled with we each corners of the life, time at affecting our life, product becoming more diverse make older consumer choice space to expand. In this case, stylist can maximize the cater to older consumers' consumption psychology, whether in a shorter time of consumer products to produce identity is critical.The influence of many factors of industrial product design, consumers in the emotional function is the most important function of product use after one of the function. Emotional function is the most direct, the most intuitive user experience, is also attract consumer attention one of the decisive factors. A good product besides can give a person with beautiful enjoyment, still can meet, arouse and develop their emotional needs, and prompted emotional needs into consumer demand. However, the product the emotion is a kind of complex psychological activity, neither absolute rational reasoning, are not completely perceptual speculative. Emotional experience is human innate psychological experience, and the consumers communication between results, due to genetic factors, between individuals living environment, regional cultural differences, etc all kinds of emotion factors formed a personality. In addition, from emotional appeared in human that moment, it's inevitable with social and historical properties, the different historical period, different social systems and even different levels of economic development will be on people's emotion produce more or less of influence and restriction. In the new historical conditions, the characteristics of The Times today more highlights, science and technology are developing rapidly, the public increasingly diverse aesthetic orientation, this determines whether products design sense, material is qualitative feeling and the product of the aesthetic connotation will as these factors, the synchronous development, improve how people in these premise the emotional needs of different generalization and unity, and find out the inevitable connection between them. Thus create accord with consumer psychology of products in the elderly of emotional design of contemporary product designers, it would be a challenging task.
