Under the torrent of rapid development of the times,people’s life pressure is also increasing day by day.College students are in an important stage of individual life,and often face problems such as emotional management,academic pressure,employment pressure,interpersonal communication,and love and emotion.Based on such background and social problems,disciplines such as sociology and psychology have also produced new research goals and propositions.As a new chapter in the field of psychology research,positive psychology shows people’s pursuit of happiness and happiness in modern life.Psychology has changed from the previous research on trauma healing methods to the research on improving people’s subjective well-being.Design should also change from focusing on a single function in the past to designing for user happiness.This study conducts current research on positive psychology and product experience design related theories,and summarizes the elements of product positive experience design combined with case studies.Taking the campus food delivery experience as the research object,the basic needs and happiness needs of the target users were investigated through questionnaire surveys,hot word analysis and in-depth interviews,and the possibility-driven positive design method was used to carry out workshops to explore campus food delivery Experience a vision of happiness.The design insight is summarized from the three dimensions of basic,happiness,and vision,and the design strategy is produced according to the four stages of sustainable user behavior.Under the guidance of the design strategy,the positive experience mode and process of the product are defined,and finally implemented as a feasible design practice.The research produced positive experience design strategies for campus food delivery products,as well as software and hardware product design solutions.Under the guidance of the four strategies of "strengthening visual emotions","deepening behavioral value","giving mechanism meaning" and "retrospecting good memories",through design methods such as localized connotation,intimate interaction and diversified game social interaction,the project is completed.product design practices.Provide users with a more positive food delivery experience,add positive elements to the environment of colleges and universities,and provide positive solutions for the digital construction of colleges and universities.The innovative significance of this study lies in: product experience design should not only focus on the pain points of problems and provide solutions,but also empower users’ happiness from a positive and positive perspective.The research explores the innovative experience design method of campus food delivery products,enriches the application path of positive psychology theory,and has certain theoretical application value and social practice value.
