In recent years,electric bicycles because of convenient,environmental protection,low cost and other advantages,much the favor of consumers,but electric bike charging infrastructure level is relatively backward,there is a considerable security risk.Electric bike charging technology a great influence on the life and performance of battery power.Through the research to explore a way to achieve the intelligent management of charging,thereby effectively enhancing battery performance and improve battery life and reliability.Intelligent charging system research has practical significance and practical value.In this paper,the type and characteristics of an electric vehicle battery will be analyzed,and the law and the Maas mainstream charging method,intelligent charging system for the overall functional design to determine the design parameters of the charging system,the system is divided into a main circuit and charging charge control circuit of two parts.According to the relevant technical specifications,with the corresponding charging method,the effective combination of constant pressure,pulse,multi-stage constant current charging charging policy,to automatically convert the charge mode,and effectively determine the state of charge,intelligent automatic stop charging function;has the pulse charging the battery pack in the session can effectively eliminate polarization,effectively extending the life of the battery pack.Intelligent charging system functionality of the charging system hardware and software design.Selection of TI's DSP TMS320LF2407 type controller for intelligent battery charging control,charging the main circuit structure using phase shift control IGBT inverter power conversion circuit becomes,the charge control circuit includes a data sampling feedback function,with constant voltage charging and charging pulse charging policy intelligent charging.It describes the overall flow of intelligent charging system and introduces the classic PID control and fuzzy PID control method,the system control program design.Finally,the traditional conventional charging methods,the classic PID control intelligent charging system and fuzzy PID control of the smart charging system,were tested different charged case,the test results were analyzed and compared,the final validation of the charging circuit designed for rationality and feasibility of intelligent charging method,the charging system to achieve the goal of intelligent charging.
