In this paper,aiming at the existing pile driving equipment operation low efficiency and high cost of maintenance,the maintenance time is long,the price is expensive,to develop a portable hydraulic pile driver.Portable hydraulic pile driver is a rapid,efficient,easy to transport and wide application and so on the characteristic of pile driving device.It is mainly used for flood control and emergency rescue,highway and rail fence piling work in the field of construction engineering.This article first to the portable hydraulic pile driver design of the program of study.Portable hydraulic pile driver is mainly composed of hydraulic pump station,the host of hammer body,high pressure pipeline and control system.Its working principle is: through the hydraulic pump station oil supply,will make the clamping cylinder pile clamping with the master,and then through the hydraulic pump station to a host of pituitary oil supply,make the hydraulic hammer and high frequency vibration,impact block,so as to realize piling.Secondly the mechanism of piling vibration analysis,analysis of soil structure in the changes in the process of pile driving,and the reasons of the phenomenon of liquefaction.Under conditions of soil liquefaction,the design of the portable hydraulic pile driver to achieve the requirement of rapid,efficient complete piling work.Third,simplify the portable hydraulic pile driver model from different angles,a key part of portable hydraulic pile driver,namely host hammer body,dynamic model is established.According to the dynamic model of multiple degrees of freedom,the dynamics differential equation are obtained.To solve the differential equation and the influence of pile discussed key parameter analysis,mainly includes: system acceleration,the impact of the impact mechanism of precast pile top and soil resistance of pile.At last,by using ANSYS software for finite element effect of different soil condition of sinking pile design analysis,and analyze the different work environment of the pile driver efficiency calculation.By choosing pile hammer hammer pile of transient simulation analysis,studies the wood piles,steel pipe pile and concrete pile under the condition of different soil,the transient impact forces,the stress of pile body and the change of time and displacement of the pile and the change of time relationship.To calculate efficiency of the portable hydraulic pile driver problem.This paper mainly research on key technologies of the portable hydraulic pile driver,the success of the results of research,for the further research and development of the portable hydraulic pile driver product prototype laid a good theoretical basis.
