The water-powered pile driver is a new type of pile driver which develop fromthe tradition oil medium hydraulic piler driver. It utilize water as medium totransport energy,and take the water-powered impactor as impact energy unit. it hasadvantages of environment protecting and no oil-leakage and low costing etc.In this paper,we take the water-powered pile driver as study object, utilize themachinery system dynamics theory,hydraulic transmission, control theory, mechan-ical vibration theory,analysis of regression theory and finite element analysis toanalyse the structural features and working principle of water-powered pile driversystematically, and study the hydrualic system and piling system detailly, thespecific as below.Base on the analysis of water-powered impactor operation,Buid the power-bondand AMESim simulation model. By analysing the result of simulatioin, the pistonand valve motion curve and the rules of them operation been discovered. Bychanging the flowrate, the valve pressure, the piston mass and underlap length offornt cavity,the underlap length of middle cavity, the influence on performance bestudied.Based on the anlysis of the water-powered pile driver’s piling systems.TheAMESim piling simulation model was build by using mechanical dynamics andvibration theory.The piston and anvil dynamics motion rulers be got during theimpact process.By changing the anvil stiffness and the pile stiffness, the influenceon piling force was studied.By utilizing Ansys/ly-dyna,the stress distrution status of impact component inthe piling system been got. The stress distrition status of impact component beenstudied after modfied key solt, The stress distrition status of impact componentbeen studied after remove the key solt.
