North Water Transfer Project in China will complete construction and optimal allocation of water resources engineering,which channel is the backbone of the south-to-north water transfer project.Engineering before the lining construction needs to fine canal slope cutting slope.Structural layer of draining system installation of digging groove is needed.According to the requirements of the south-north water diversion project,The soil slope surface smoothness of concrete lining should be not greater than 20mm/2m.During the construction of the canal slope surface roughness is less control and technical requirements are more strict,combined with engineering of modified cement soil affected by the speed of processing cutting tool and so on.It is particularly important to research the key technology on large span cutting slope slot machine.In this paper,we study a cutting adaptive control system which automatically adjusts the cutting speed to make the cutting tool keep uniform cutting under the condition of complex work.adapting to the actual change of local hardness of soil slope,reducing the affect of slope due to slope soil disturbance and local peeling,making grooves flat straight after forming,further improving the working efficiency.The closed-loop adaptive cutting control system adopted single chip microcomputer as the core control device,using Fuzzy PID control algorithm,which includes frequency converter,power plant,retarder,cutting tool and so on based on the hall sensor speed,completing the frequency conversion motor speed measurement system.The process of speed control is a complex and changeable.In order to adapt to the complex control system requirements,In this paper,the using of advanced intelligentfuzzy PID,combined with the advantages of PID control algorithm and fuzzy control,A mathematical model of the control system in the simulink module.then using MATLAB tools to track the value setting and disturbance characteristics of the simulation research the simulation results show :Fuzzy PID control algorithm has strong robustness and good dynamic performance,etc,compared with the conventional PID algorithm.
