Tunneling Machine Tool Cutting Experimental Systems Research And Cutting Force Impact Of The Law

Shield machine is a large-scale mechanical device that is used for tunnel boring underground, now it has been widely used in tunnel construction of subway, railway, roadway, city infrastructure, and water and electricity utility. Shield machine mainly works through the continuous cutting or rolling the soil by cutting tool of the disc cutter. Because breaking rock cutting tool is a complex process by many factor affect. In-depth at the construction site measurement, it is the impossible to research on the affect that single factor such as cutter front angle, knife width and cutting depth on the force of cutting tool. So, this paper base on a cutter cutting experiments in the shield tunneling machine tool cutting performance test-bed.This paper introduces the function and composition of the cutting performance bench, analyzing the strength and grace of the rack features hydraulic drive system for simultaneous analysis and selection of calculation by using ANSYS software; we designed parameters of the cutting test system basing on industrial computer and data acquisition card way and three different structural cutter basing on similarity theory.On this basis, a practical program of experiments have been designed; There are many simulation experiments on the compressive strength of different specimens, and the experimental data have been analyzed by the theory of regression analysis. The experience of cutting force of the regression model is established, and the model is significant by F-test. It provides a simple test method for predicting the force of the cutter working and selecting the type of the cutter, and reference for designing the shield machine cutter.
