Faced with the dual pressures of energy and environment, various countries have accelerated the pace of developing distributed renewable energy generation and electric vehicles. Nevertheless, the output of renewable energy has the randomness and volatility, and the electric vehicle access to the power grid is also random. With the burgeoning use of distributed renewable energy generation and electric vehicles in the grid, the problem is becoming increasingly prominent. Thus, on account of the analysis of respective characteristics of distributed renewable energy generation and electric vehicles, this paper, taking into account the uncertainties, puts forwards a distributed renewable energy generation and electric vehicle stochastic cooperative scheduling model based on the chance-constrained programming. Firstly, according to the analysis about generation principle of the common distributed generation, the output power model of the distributed generation is proposed based on the wind power and solar photovoltaic power generation which contains output uncertainties. Then, thereafter a deep analysis is implemented in the characteristics of charge and discharge characteristics and the distribution of time and space of different electric vehicles, the paper raises the concept of distributed energy storage for electric vehicles. The control strategy of distributed energy storage for electric vehicles is proposed, which is based on the constraints of battery, power network and vehicle owners. The simulation results indicate that the distributed energy storage control strategy of electric vehicle can significantly improve the schedulability of renewable energy, in the instance that the number of charge and discharge of electric vehicles don't increase too much to slow the consumption of electric vehicle power battery life. Finally based on wind speed and illumination intensity forecast by distributed renewable energy power generation model, considering the power battery charging and discharging characteristics and the characteristics of the electric car driving, a cooperative scheduling model of distributed renewable energy generation and electric vehicles is build. The dispatching model accomplishes different goals of smoothing the renewable energy output fluctuation, reducing power loss in the grid and reducing the gap between peak load and valley load at different stages of the development of electric vehicles after satisfying the constraints of grid, battery and the owner. Numerical simulation verifies the proposed cooperative scheduling model can play EV's charge and discharge characteristics to stabilize distributed renewable energy power fluctuations, reduce the load peak valley difference, and reduce the line loss.
