At the year 2006,in the eleventh Five-Year Plan, National electric power industry put forward the "big pressure small, energy-saving emission reduction," industry planning, Power plants replace small capacity units with the large ones more and more quickly. Beijing Jingfeng Gas Fired Power Co. Ltd. put into operation a 410 MW gas turbine generator in 2005. In 2008,they Shut down two small coal-fired units, and scheduled for demolition. Since the office buildings and some utilities power supply are taken from the original old factory 380 V power bus, these loads must be transferred before dismantling.The loads such as gas regulator station were taken from the 110 kV power bus,but not from the gas turbine auxiliary power. The failure of 110 kV equipment will directly affect the safe operation of the gas turbine, And this part of the electricity demand by the power grid electricity price with the higher operating costs.So The above loads and power supply needs to be modified, Instead comes from the gas turbine auxiliary power.Firstly, this paper introduces the development and application of auxiliary power engineering at home and abroad. analyze the actual situation of Jing Feng company currently auxiliary power load. Load transfer renovation ideas is proposed. Then it is the feasibility analysis of the two schemes proposed. Determine adding a high-voltage auxiliary transformer. Then we do the preliminary preparation for transformation, consist of Short-circuit current calculation, equipment selection, starting voltage accounting, setting value calculation.After the device is installed in place, It details the short-circuit tests before operation, anti-transmission test, the testing process and equal live nuclear test data and results.Finally, the cost of the renovation project is analyzed, Calculation, analysis direct economic benefits and indirect economic benefits, It also analyzes the social and political impact of the project.
