With the vigorous construction of civil engineering in various parts of China,although bringing convenience to people,the safety of the project itself is also related to the safety of people's lives and property.In the monitoring of civil engineering safety,the vibrating wire sensor can measure the pressure and stress data in the project,providing reference for engineering safety,and is widely used due to its good stability and strong anti-interference ability.In order to realize the monitoring of more collection points in the project,the acquisition systems based on vibrating wire sensors are mainly used.At present,common vibrating wire acquisition systems,such as portable acquisition systems,usually have fewer acquisition nodes and lower utilization of hardware,while centralized systems' communication is too simple to be easily limited by the construction environment,and the storage and utilization of data is universally localized,causing insufficient use of data.In addition,due to variable factors such as power supply,installation location,and engineering electromagnetic environment during the acquisition process,the acquisition of vibrating wire data and data transmission will be affected,and circuit design and process design need to be optimized.Based on the above-mentioned key technical problems,combined with the actual needs in the project,this paper designs a multi-channel vibrating wire acquisition system for collecting vibrating wire sensors.The specific research contents and contributions are as follows:Firstly,aiming at the demands of multi-node,distributed nature and cloud storage in the current acquisition system,a new four-layer system architecture,including cloud data center,cloud server,gateway and acquisition device,is designed to ensure the reliability,stability and convenience of data transmission.Secondly,based on making full use of the electrical characteristics of the vibrating wire sensor and considering the utilization of hardware equipment,the multi-channel selection circuit,the vibrating wire acquisition circuit,the excitation circuit and the communication circuit are designed to improve the accuracy of the data collected by the sensor and enhance the robustness of the acquisition system.Thirdly,design and optimize software programs according to circuit design and acquisition requirements,ensuring real-time and accurate data processing,reliable transmission and storage,and stable long-term operation of the system.Finally,the system circuit and software were tested and analyzed to verify the accuracy of the data collected by the vibrating wire sensor and the stability of the system operation.In general,the system developed in this paper realizes the need for accurate and stable collection and final storage of large numbers of distributed vibrating wire sensors in a variety of environments,using a variety of communication methods,and verifies the accuracy of the acquisition and the stability of the operation.
