Dust is the important cause of environmental pollution, electric power, papermaking, mining, chemical and other industries are important sources of dust emission,At present the country made a strict rules to soot emissions standards(50 mg/m~3), and asked for enforcement, so dust technology is very important in the industrial field. Electrostatic dust removal technology compared with traditional mechanical removal, cleaning dust, filters dust removal and acoustic wave dust removal technology, has a large range of processing dust, dust removal efficiency, small pressure loss, high reliability, thus has been widely used in the f ield of industrial dust removal. High frequency transformer is an important part of high-frequency electrostatic dusting power supply, the safe and stable operation is very important to the normal work of the power supply. Different from ordinary high frequency transformer, the high frequency transformer used in electrostatic precipitator power supply has the characteristics of high frequency, hi gh power and high voltage level, so in the high frequency transformer heat and insulation design put forward higher requirements. In view of this, this paper studies the insulation design of high frequency transformer core loss and winding loss and high frequency transformer, analyzes the mechanism of heat generation and heat generation of the main transformer, and designs the transformer insulation system in high frequency and high voltage environment. The topic contents include:(1)High-frequency transformer hot researchA new type of core loss calculation model based on the combination of edge finite element method and Bertotti core loss calculation formula is established, the core loss of high frequency high voltage transformer is calculated, And the model is verified and optimized by experiments. Based on the accurate calculation of high frequency transformer core loss, the core loss of three kinds of materials, such as nanocrystalline iron core, ferrite and amorphous material, is calculated and analyzed.The effect of skin effect and proximity effect on the winding loss of high frequency transformer is described in this paper. A three dimensional loss calculation model of high frequency transformer winding is established, and the effect of winding layout, winding thickness, frequency and interval on the winding loss of the transformer is analyzed.(2)Study on insulation design of high frequency transformerAccording to the characteristics of high frequency high voltage transformer high voltage grade, study the different winding winding method for transformer winding insulation effect, get the most suitable for high frequency high voltage transformer winding structure. The main insulation of the transformer is calculated, and the conclusion is drawn that the insulation board and the oil structure can meet the requirements of the high frequency and high voltage transformer.
