Wind energy is very important and huge reserves of energy, it is safe, clean,abundant. Therefore, the use of wind power has become the main form of wind energy,are highly valued around the world, the rapid pace of development. In the environment of rapid development of the national wind power, wind power development in Liaoning Province presented in full swing of development. Because of the randomness and intermittent characteristics of wind, wind turbine power output caused by fluctuations,and its large-scale grid-bound to have an impact and influence on the power grid,increasing the burden on the power grid peaking run.This paper analyzes the current situation in Liaoning power grid and run problems summarizes the main issues and the development of wind power in recent years,Liaoning wind power on the grid to run brought. In wind power characteristics, the paper two years of wind power in real-time output data and electricity load data, annual change in Liaoning average wind speed analysis; wind farm output at the same time the rate of a statistical analysis of the wind power curve and load curve relevance statistical analysis; trough and peak load hours of wind power were analyzed.
