Fossil fuel is depleting day by day, and people are focusing on environmental issues now. Energy conservation and alternative energy has become the main direction of research for scientists. Electric vehicle and its related industries developed rapidly in recent years which gave worried people a ray of hope. Charging station and power station is progressing very fast, which has now reached more than 800. Charging station, where electric vehicles can be charged in fast and slow speed, is similar to gas station. Its construction cost and maintenance cost determine its importance, but a thunderstorm is prone to accidents, which will bring enormous losses. This paper has researched a charging station. Firstly, electric vehicle, charging pile and charging station's basic information are introduced, along with their development at home and abroad, as well as topics of progress at home and abroad; Then, simulate on it of its grounding system, including the scaffolding, using CDEGS software. Record its potential rise in voltage on grounding grid in different soil resistivity, different lightning strike location, and different structure of the grounding grid with MATLAB software when lightning and get the worst situation, then analyze the influence of various factors. Nextly, combine moment method and transmission-line theory to analyze common-mode interference on secondary cable because of grounding potential rise, and forecast the cable shield currents, cable longitudinal induction voltage. Lastly, get its induction voltage in electronic equipment in a charging pile which including communication line of power module, total communication line, and DC output by experiment, and intr oduce several methods of reducing interference.
