Energy crisis and environmental deterioration are key issues on the road to sustainable development in China.In recent decades,China has adopted a large number of supportive policies for the new energy electric vehicle industry,and related industries in the electric vehicle industry have been developing rapidly.The disorderly charging of electric vehicles has a huge impact on China's traditional grid environment,increasing the burden on the grid and the difficulty in energy deployment.China urgently needs to implement standardized control measures for the charging of electric vehicle groups to reduce the energy fluctuations and grid burden caused by irregular charging of users.In this paper,the design and control methods of the flexible charging charging station system are studied.The flexible charging station realizes centralized regulation and charging behavior under the power grid distribution environment,realizes the flexible charging and power distribution of the electric vehicle group in the charging station,and improves the energy utilization efficiency and the charging facility life.This article mainly completes the tasks as follows:Firstly,considering the requirements of the flexible charging station for building a station,this paper formulates the scheme of building a flexible charging station system and the program flow of flexible charging control in accordance with national standards and business requirements.In this paper,the charge device structure of the charging module group and the switch switching matrix is adopted,and the hardware circuit design of the flexible charging pile and the charging pile is completed in accordance with the requirements.Then the research data of this paper analyzes the charging model of the electric vehicle group in the charging station area,the electricity consumption rules of the daily residents in the area,and the efficiency load characteristics of the charging module.The target conditions of the flexible charging grid,the charging station and the user group are summarized.In this paper,according to the grid selection method,the overall optimization objectives and constraints are integrated,and the flexible charging strategy is formulated and solved according to the genetic algorithm.Finally,according to a typical example,the flexible charging strategy is simulated and verified,which proves the effectiveness of the flexible charging strategy.According to national standards,this article tested the performance indicators of the modular integrated structure charging pile,and verified the feasibility of the charging module group scheme of the flexible charging station.This article has achieved the following two innovations:First,the flexible charging stack structure designed in this paper proposes a switching control scheme in the flexible charging stack.The switching control scheme realizes the power sharing of the charging module and the sleep of the redundant charging module,and can guarantee a load ratio between 40% and 70% of each charging module.The daily scheduling strategy of the charging station ensures that the load output of each charging module is equal,which improves the load imbalance of the charging equipment in the conventional charging station.Secondly,the flexible strategy in this paper uses grid selection method to solve the flexible charging scheduling load of the power grid from the perspective of user group,and improves the incompleteness of the traditional sequential charging method which only considers the continuous charging status of bicycles and the optimal target of cycling.
