The equipment used for fire-fighting and rescue is very complicated and the firefighters face a wide variety of on-site environments.They must respond to all types of emergencies in time.Various rescue equipment must be in a good standby state and orderly management methods.The fire equipment storehouse is a centralized storage place for all kinds of equipment.The orderly calling and proper maintenance methods of the equipment are directly related to the efficiency of fire-fighting police and fire-fighting and rescue.In the equipment standards for the current fire stations,the use of weak current equipment accounts for about one-fourth of all equipment types,and more and more equipment is required to be intelligent,lightweight,and safe and explosion-proof.Choose to use rechargeable batteries as a source of power and energy.To keep these devices in a state of sufficient power at all times,but also to ensure the maximum service life of equipment and batteries,to reduce the difficulty of management personnel management and human error is the trend of modern equipment management.From the perspective of optimizing the management of fire equipment inventory,the paper investigated the current status of various types of charging equipment commonly used at all levels of the fire brigade,analyzed the problems existing in the charging management and use of this type of equipment,and Typical features of the equipment,after clarifying design goals and design rules to be followed,propose an integrated charge management device that can be used for most conventional charging equipment.The main content of this article includes:(1)Analyze the situation that the fire brigade faces insufficient fire-fighting police in the new era.On the one hand,the management of charging-type fire-fighting equipment on the one hand is currently inefficient and takes up a lot of police power to improve its operational efficiency and management level.It is necessary to propose an integrated charging device for fire equipment.(2)To investigate the current situation of charging fire-fighting equipment in the fire brigade,charging equipment has a large number and many types of features.Analysis of more common charging equipment battery is mainly lead storage,nickel-metal hydride,lithium-ion battery three,and the current method for battery charging with constant voltage,constant current,pulse charging and other methods.The circuit principle that the battery charger can use is analyzed.(3)Based on the existing research results and design principles,the working principle of the integrated charging device was clarified.Then,the main control circuit of the charging device was designed and the circuit's implementation approach was proposed.A feasible solution for completing an integrated charging device is proposed,and the solution is implemented through modularization.(4)The integrated charging device is mainly designed for charging equipment,but its function and characteristics determine that it can provide solutions for intelligent management of equipment and maintenance of equipment.The integrated charging device is tested and applied to the actual environment,and its practical application effect is obvious.The single device has increased charging speed by 5 to 20%,and charging saturation has also increased by 1% to 5%..On the other hand,for centralized charging management and maintenance of the overall equipment library,more than half of the manpower investment has been saved,which has greatly benefited the optimization and improvement of the equipment management level of the fire department personnel.
