With the development of safety management gradually aroused attention of all walks of life, more and more power enterprises has begun to integrate safety consciousness into management works, in order to achieve the intrinsic safety. However, the modern equipment has becoming sophisticated increasingly, and the influence of human factors on electric security continues to increase. The accidents triggered by human factors have become the main sources. For a long time, most of the power companies have not paid enough attention to the human engineering. This is caused by the inevitable historical process from reliance on hardware facilities to human factors. Concerned about the safety of people is the objective requirement for the safety management of power enterprises. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the safety comprehensive evaluation of power enterprises based on human factors engineering.This paper will firstly analysis the research status of safety management and human factors engineering at home and abroad, and will sort out the research contents and structure of the paper. Secondly, this paper will expound the theoretical basis of human factors engineering, the relationship between power enterprise security management and human factors will be found out. Thirdly, from the perspective of the different steps of Tashan Power Company, we will make a concrete analysis of the human errors in electric power construction, power system operation and maintenance of electrical equipment. Then, this paper will combine the safety factor and the current power enterprise security evaluation index, according to Tashan Power Company’s own characteristics, the safety comprehensive evaluation index system will be established. What’s more, we will choose the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to construct the comprehensive evaluation model of Tashan Power Company. Finally, through the comprehensive evaluation of Tashan Power Company, we can get the safety management level. The results of this study will provide fundamental basis to safety management and human management. At the same time, these have certain references for the comprehensive evaluation of power enterprise security based on human factors engineering.
