CHP technology is important in today's power generation technology. Compared with traditional thermal power, it has many features such as making full use of energy, low pollution and outstanding economic benefits. China is a large energy consumption, low reserves, low energy self-sufficiency country. Promoting the development of the co generation industry has a strategic significance to ensure the energy supply rate. However, CHP projects are facing with the risk of a variety of uncertainties due to the similarities among CHP and other engineering projects, such as large scale, huge investment, complex technologys. Once the risk occurs, it will cause irreparable damage to the project construction. Optimistic circumstances, economic efficiency will decrease. In the worst case, the project will be put on hold. Therefore, the research on the risk management of the cogeneration project can ensure the smooth implementation of the project and the benefit after completion, which is of great significance to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the project. On the basis of reading a large number of domestic and international research literatures, this paper studies the construction risk of Jiayuguan cogeneration project From the concept of risk and risk management. Including using the inspection table combined with the expert investigation method to analyze all kinds of risks that may exist in the project, and get the project has 5 B class risk, 15 C class risk. The risk of the project will be stratified treatment, the formation of two levels. AHP Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the overall risk assessment, the overall risk level of the project value is 0.2025, further evaluation of the results of a brief analysis. Four basic ways to deal with the risk-based, effective risk response measures proposed in order to reduce risk, ensure the smooth implementation of the project. This article will provide valuable experience of other companies cogeneration project risk management, and provide some reference for thermal power plant construction project risk management research.
